Lower organisms may just need less genetic information. Kinda like simple computers are known a calculators

Actually humans only contain a small amountof chromosomes (56 correct) Yet they occur in every cell in our body. That means we only have 56 peices of data our body needs. I think some animals have more chromosones than us so therefore would contain "more genetic information" and yet cannot think for themselves? (Btw this could be a load of bollocks im no university graduate but I have just took a science double GCSE and remmeber stuff like this)

that still doesnt settle the disparity between the fact that 'lower' organisms have less genetic info and the claim that evolution does not ask for increase in genetic information.

It doesn't ask for an increase, it can sometimes have an increase in genetic information, but not always, therefore it isn't a characteristic of evolution. Evolution tends to be more a 'change in genetic information.
