Edit: This has been extended until we have a new revised credit award system in place, which will depend partly on some consensus about credit award changes being reached. As consensus on change seems unlikely to happen quickly, it is likely that the current system will remain in place for a while.

after thinking twice about rba credit system i belive 44k are a bit too much and as so i propose a top 15 instead of top 20
