If you have more you'lll afford a higher price and amount, so demand will increase. At least for now it seems resources are growing faster than its usage and credits in the game, so prices remains low.

In my vision credits wouldn't increase or decrease. Buying them for money should be cut. And credits for voting could be simply taken from the jackpot. I guess it could be an automated calculation (would be nice to have an open statistic where we could track how the jackpot is changing ) I don't know current flow of credits in the game and therefore am not able to offer what could be that stable amount of credits in the game which would fit the needs for upgrades and market functioning. Work required here but i guess it could turn into something nice. At least market research Professor is doing could become reasonable.


Note from Prof - Credit balance increase from purchases and round winner rewards is roughly equal to credits spent per round on upgrades, so there is reasonable balance at the current level of credits awards and expenses. Cutting awards or reducing demand for credit purchases (which could be done by simply raising the price of buying credits) would tend to make credit supply lower, and would tend to reduce the cost of resources (deflation in resource values due to insufficient credits or currency in the market, so a depression). Increasing credit purchases or awards would tend to cause inflation in market prices, and is also probably not a good thing unless you like higher prices for resources (e.g., get more credits for same resources).

Credits used for Troops are beeing changed in points wich aren't usefull for the market, so the credits gained are automatically balanced as soon as ppl stop filling up HW's. As soon as the need for points goes up, the price for troops can rise...
