I didn't say sheilds and making changes for new players only is incredibily difficult yes you can base on Stars but it would require an entire new subroutine to detect and amend hardcoded stats, meaning the hardcoded stats would have to become variables, missing one will crash the game

We just need more advertising... And new additions to the game (IMHO).

I doubt anyone would fully quit over a reset. Besides. What is more important to a game? Keeping old players or attracting and harvesting new ones? Player turnover is an important feature in the survival of an online game.

Same here. I only attack inactive noobs. they just need a better way of contacting the experienced players to help them. Some use the forums but others either don't know how or are intimidated by it.
