April round, changes coming: From Proff

1. No more points for resources on planets. Only points are for killing ships or capturing planets. <------- Currently working :]

2. Building levels will increase to four levels from three. Cost for a level four building will be twice the cost of a level three building, and it will add four resource production points. All buildings with three levels now will have level four option added, which will require 80 million total defense to build this fourth level building on a planet. <-----Currently working :D

3. Interest for troops will be reduced from 1% per day to 0.5% per day, and interest for all other resources will remain at the current 1% level. Filas, Hope, Iiridayn and a few others feel that this is not enough of a change, but it is as far as I am willing to go without stronger support from the overall SL community for a larger change.<-----Currently working :)


4. Warp will move every 15 minutes, as was the case a few rounds ago before changes in December to reduce the frequency of HW losses. The probability of finding planets will also increase slightly, and risk of losing ships will decrease slightly, but with actual percentages not published and only able to be discovered by experience. SOME risk of loss and SOME probability of finding planets, but with risk lower and probability of success moderately higher than now. <----- Currently working ;)

5. Maximum credits that can be purchased in any round by any player for themselves (or by others for their account) is 5000 credits ($50.00 USD) per round. This limit applies to all players, including me, starting with April round.<----- Haven't tried yet ;)

6. Flexible fighters allocation between attack and defense will be implemented as soon as coding can be developed, and may be introduced during a round in mid-April or mid-May, as soon as the programming is done and these are ready.<----- Currently working :]


Extra:
There will be no change to SP Confederation planets defenses, shield strength, new ships, or new buildings in April.

Warning: Interest rate on troops in May will drop further if the level of HW attacks and points earned per round remain at historically low levels. Thus, please be aware that further reductions in interest on troops are likely in the future.

um yeah.... fighters?.... how are they diffferent?..... also change in interest on T... VERY Noticable :(..... havnt tried warp or building... though I do suspect its time for upgrades then.... :D......

Basicaly you have 17 slots to be used for offense or defense examples

17/0 0/17 7/10 5/12 or any mix that equals 17. Thus making fighters specialized.

no, the lowest you can make fighter attack now is 1000, you cant make 0 attack, and you cant make 500 attack, which means my junk fighter model is now an antique colletors model
