Lol, well said . Very well, your point being made, want to start bouncing possible alternatives around? Succinctly, credits were available to buy since before the marketplace was created. They were used for the market as a reasonably easy way to transfer credits between players, and to prevent the neccesity of either creating another form of "money" to use on the market, or preventing the need for a very complex barter system (which not only would have been hard for a many players to understand, but would have been quite painful to code), or designating a single resource as the standard. While it was understood that it had the potential to cause problems down the road, it was decided that it was the most feasable solution of those considered.

Hope: Puts us back with the seperate money source, as credits are an integer quantity (ie, we don't keep track of the history of our money -- do you? ).

No Abe i dont see the point of those 2 questions, I have 33 planets with a 50 planet limit, and I sell stuff on the market almost everyday.

Um there is a constant cycle of creds that goes around, people buy recs with credits and others get it and then they buy back other recs. My problem is not that he buys credits with money, its the amount he buys. The game was not designed for one player to buy unlimited troops, so think about that nefore posting your assinine comments.

Hm..i was thinking a lot but could offer only one way which could encourage people to support the game without making affect to their abilities in earning points.
