Anyway if majority voted for some option in should be followed. This is democracy. Anyway I'd suggest to add IQ test to those surveys and that influence of the person's survey votes would depend on his IQ test results

Yeah, but in that case, my IQ test results would mean that you should all do whatever I say since I would rule on that one, but the SL knowledge test I would probably flunk!

Power corrupts. Absolute power is even more fun

I score pretty well on any standardized tests. I like tests, actually, because they are easy for me. With or without formulas. But, there are many things in SL that I have little experience with, including anything at all involving training of anything (I buy trained ships from others).

I also have never doing ship to ship combat in a one on one context in the battle zone. I just leave high defense, low capacity transports in the battlezone as interesting targets and end up killing a huge number of ships that attack me. I get points for winning the attack, just by doing nothing but being a target. Yeah, that seems dumb to me, but I did not set up the fighter versus transport strength formula, and at least next round trained assaults will be able to take out these transports (and transport clouds at planet attack sites).

In my experience, IQ test scores above 140 are not very meaningful.

There are also many geniuses out there who have absolutely no common sense and no money.

I am not as bright as my brother and sisters on pure IQ scores, but I have more business sense than any of them and more net worth as well as more ability to have practical success in many aspects of my life.

Some of the brightest people I know are also some of the least productive and least well adjusted in life. So, brilliance in IQ sense has to be tempered by many other factors.
