well, I have no problem with a ship being expensive, but I do not want one to be so powerful that it makes a player invincible or undectable.

Nope, I think one per person will be a problem in coding. Also, not like any other ship, and I do not want to have a tutorial on that issue or to deal with questions why players can not build more than one. If there is a limit on number of ships per player, it should be zero per player so that model of ship need not be developed.

we need a detector ship

a ship that is able to detect and give the exact locationof a ship up to 315x 315y 315z spaces away and cost 5k gold and 1k iron per 1k volume

how about a ship so instead off pirating ships you could change ownership of the ship so when yo defeat a player you can claim their ships aswel as their res :D

Some kind of ship that could commandeer another ship.... but that would have to be something that takes time, probably 24 hours, and cost enough troops to overcome the defense of the ship perhaps... and they of course would have a news item and could stop and destroy your ship if they logged on within the 24 hours.

Ok, instead of a ship to make you undetectable, what about a ship that could force the warp to move to another system, or maybe just further from the sun, say25- 50 parsecs in a random x and y, to give you time to take over a system before someone else sees what you are doing. But they would still be close enough to use a probe maybe or some such to find their way back and fight you over the planets.

Commander ship seems to have strong support. We will try to introduce that in December.

It might be a reasonable idea to have some additional time to talk about features on such a ship. For example, the ability to stop hyperjump into system (deflected to 100 away, or something like that) and ability to deflect warp as well might be highly valued aspects of such a ship. Defended planets could still be detected by nearby and probe, but not via warp and would be less easy to jump in and out of area for piracy attempts. Not sure we will have complete support for such features, but instead of having a new ship to do A, B, C, D ..., it might be best to add in the wise bang stuff we feel is appropriate as features into this one new ship model.
