POLITICS AND SOLDIERS CHRISTMAS SPECIAL

Captain James Gerrous, commander of a fleet and hero of a galaxy stared. It was all he could do; when faced with such a terrible beast, that was all he could do.
Even alongside his beloved wife, with whom he had faced incredible odds and certain death without so much as a shred of hesititation, he couldn't imagine a scarier place; fear began to tear at his heart.
Next to him, Captain Sarah Jennings Gerrous, commander of a fleet and hero of the galaxy couldn't believe their luck either; although she held her beloved husband's hand, she still shivered in absolute unyielding terror.
For before the heroic lovers lay a prospect of simple suicide; neither of them could honestly say they wanted to do it...but there was another, very very cheeky option...
Both commanders grabed their personal communicators, and raised the military command centre; they needed five highly trained crewman at their home pronto.
Normally, the commandant of the centre would ask why they needed five of his best...but in the circumstances, he understood perfectly.
The five officers worked non-stop for seven hours; they were granted thirty of the best pies in the married couple's cellar they could get, for it had been a horrific night...but, after much tears and blood, they were able to complete the most ardous and frightening task in existence.
They bought, wrapped and prepared presents for a family of over 60 who had decided to stay over for Christmas. :D
