Ok this is probably a stupid question but I swear that I made an avatar for my "Profile Media" within the measurements allowed and under the max KB but it still wont load on my profile.

Anybody have any tips?

So it seems to be working since I just loaded mine up, created it exactly the 120x120, not sure if it needs to be exactly that or if it can be smaller

I tried it as all three of the file type options that it said it could be....

Maybe its just a "me" thing? I'll fiddle with it more today

What program did you use? Just incase its a code issue?

Hummmm.....

I used Google Photos to make one that 118 x 116 and 13.6KB. Then used cloud convert to make it a PNG and keep getting told its too big.

I guess nevermind....it finally went when I tried converting it back to old JPG thank you for your help!

If you'd send the version that wasn't working I can take a look and see what went wrong. That code has probably not been touched in... a while.
