No it was ~180 untrained assaults with 500k T on each. Maybe like 10-15 had 60% xp and no troops.

And nah nothing to feel bad about. Good find, somewhat disheartening to see the game's mechanics not functioning as they're expected to.

I should probably document the game mechanics someday then . Offhand I'd guess what happened is the ships arrived and you'd not noticed. I recall one could sort of "stash" ships in iflight at some point - I may have fixed the bug which caused that some years ago.

The "bug" still exists as I can still replicate it. The only thing that pulls a ship out of iFlight (as long as it's not iflighted to a planet) is checking the ships page or any variation of it (ie https://www.skylords.com/ships/*) Any other page you visit leaves the previous iflight hung and the ship hidden from view or interaction by you or any other player. You can hang any number of iflights this way as long as you have the url of the ship you want to send into iflight so you don't have to visit the ships page. I have not tested what happens if you iflight to a planet and it gets taken, which is why I've always left the planet or obliterated it before I iflight. I have had no need to visit the ships page and any time I have I am very OCD about re"stashing" my ships. But I guess that's what I get for relying on decades old mechanics, intended or not. Again, good find. That's a stash one could only dream of finding.
