It's pretty much dead, yep. Retrieve password hasn't worked for a long time, at least based on personal experience.

(I could rant about home internet users being second class netizens, but frankly companies get away with it because I'm one of very few who care :/).

good to know fortunately i never reset my password from the last time i reset it and never delete emails so a quick search of skylords in my mailbox did the trick
