I don't think we're too far from that already. Today there have been 13 planet captures of players, only 4 of them from active players. That's not exactly a great ratio.

now that i think about it a bit, the reason we are losing planets so fast is (obviously) because we instantly oblit anything thats not green. i think that this should be done in TOTAL WAR ONLY. like if your realy trying to kill someone off. leaving or giving back seems more apropriate

This is why I propose changes in the New Player's Arena, if we make x20 more rare, there's greater incentive to keep planets such as x16 and above. I remember when people would make home worlds on x15's because that was the best they could find. Now, if it's not x20, it'll be obliterated. I'd predict over 25% of the planets existing now are x20. I can remember when that was more like 5%.

and basically this keeps leading back to the same problem. the game is set up to have more activity, we need to find a way to attract players and if not were going to have to force things to be how they should be rather than let things even themselves out |

well is someone able to make a advert for FB?? could be an idea you could post it on ur status bar or summit n see what happens? |
