Okay, deletion is in progress. In the short term, it slows down the server a bit (yeah, annoying, but the internet connection to the server is also slow right now, so you might not even notice the difference in server processing speed, and it is at the start of the round).

Here are the rules governing account deletion:

1. Anyone who has logged in since mid-September 2006 will not be deleted.
2. Anyone with a planet will not be deleted.
3. Anyone with ANY POST or TOPIC in any forum will not be deleted.
4. Anyone with over 1000 points will not be deleted.

People with under 1000 points, who have not posted in topics, and who have no planets, and who have not logged in for more than three months will all be deleted. They can start a new account if they wish, and even use the same name, as the name records will also be purged for those deleted accounts. They will not keep their stars, but with total inactivity and no posts and no planets, they don't really deserve to keep any stars for experience.

Can we request some inactive accounts be closed? Let us say that I do not like the memories of Skylord14, can you delete him once and for all, with my request?

Almost clean. One minor glitch that created a temporary black hole for a couple days on a few planets, but fixed now.
