and warp going to neggy planets. so we have a deal - warp changes position every 15 mins and goes mostly to neggy planets. now that would be the coolest :D

15 minutes is ok for me
Going to spc/greens only (players will be still hurted if they have a green or spc nearbie)
Probability don't know, could be 1/4 - one target an hour on average.
No losing ships. These fights with small cheap fighters are not very interesting. People should fight and lose something reasonable.
All ships allowed. Since it wouldn't go to player planets it would bring a lot of excitement. Like was before. People would maybe even start sending their assaults just to save uranium if warp coords fits them.
That's my vision. Old and not changed through time.

i think thats good, i like that idea, but then the warp distributer would have no effect:S
