Normally I would just sit back and not fret it, but I feel that the recent event regarding the Professor’s dislike and inappropriate actions toward my avatar was very indecent. The act of deleting my posts has caused me to publicly address this issue. Professor deliberately deleted my posts, and those commenting on my avatar, because he found that my avatar was “offensive, and the use of my avatar is annoying.” I find this act as a deliberate and unjust abuse of power. After further reading the Member Conduct clause I have found that there is no reason for me to have to delete my avatar

Professor not only being the game administrator, but first and foremost a player of Skylords, are you not subject to the rules and regulations you yourself have created? Are you above the rules?

the avatar isnt racial, it isnt ethically bad, and it isnt hateful, it just states "This sucks"
Then surely all people who used avatars against that other person (the irritating squirrel guy) should be banned?
The avatar simply expresses my oppion

it means if he owns the picture, and you remake it, you infringe on its rights
however, he never owned the original picture therefore unless he drew it himself and animated it, he is infringing, Now if professor did animate it himself then i appologize.

Yeah wizardo, i dont think you should be making a big deal out of this. Your image was offensive and therefore it was deleted.

If someone owns the game, they have the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason. If I own a car and let everyone borrow it then decide......no im not going to let you borrow it but everyone else can whats the problem in that. Its mine and I let who i want to borrow it. If its free and you havn't paid for it then he don't owe you anything. Just a thought.

Yeah but your avatar is your personal personifiacation. If someone pirated yours and puts sucks under it, it may make you feel differently......
