i agree but it should be in rulez, also i dunno what happen but professor could have pmed him first before doing anything (since it aint in rulez, this should aply to everything not state din rulez, my point of view anyway)

it was in no way a blow towards professor as you prolly didnt notice the lil dudes rocket shoes went out of commission. they fluttered, and then he went :-O and it said this sucks, meaning when things go wrong it sucks

Yes I would be somewhat annoyed if someone else started using my avatar but then I really can't remember where it came from and I certainly didn't create the original picture so there's not a lot I could do about it.

According to Merriam-Webster OnLline, the fourth definition of the words sucks is this;

"4 slang : to be objectionable or inadequate..." in no way a vulgar word.

My American Heritage teacher joked semi-seriously that he was the dictator of the classroom. He could make any rules he wanted, and be as capricious and arbitrary as he wanted. And yes, the car analogy is a good example. And yes, the Terms of Use do need to be updated, as they are still the ones that Zygi used.

And actually, I do consider that word offensive, and suspect that there are others that do as well. Dictionaries tend to be far behind the times in vulgarity, as the key component of cussing is not the word itself, but the empathy carried through it. As a result, though I do not use any of the standard curse words, or even language that I consider vulgar, I still must admit that I at times have sworn using words I made up for that purpose. I am not proud of this, and working to improve, but I feel that it points out a valuable point: just because you find something only mildly offensive, doesn't mean everybody else will. Anyway, that's my rant for the night .

And, as some of you may recall (such as Andy), this is not the first time I have taken action against others who have "appropriated" avitars from others.

While I don't have the ability to do so yet in the game code, one option would be simply to remove the ability to have an avitar from any player who takes others avitars and uses them as their own.

Yes, the terms and conditions need to be updated.

And, finally, yes, I am a dictator. As Zygi said, who was also a dictator, "my opinion is fact".
