when I want to design a new fighter with biggest attack and defence - attack 17k ...but defence is NOT 16k - it is 0 !!!

no bug, designed, you can use 17k but you have to divide it between attack/defens so either 9/8 16/1 12/5 17/16 is not possible

Yes. You can have 1/16 fighters, or 17/0 fighters, or anything between which adds up to 17.

Ah, thanks for reminding me. I'll give everybody with a 500 attack ship a free upgrade to 1000. Should have done that a while ago.
