Approximately, although 3.14159 is closer, unless you are in Iowa, where the state legislature voted to have PI set to equal exactly 3 so it would be easier for students to learn. The law passed, but was eventually repealed when someone finally persuaded the lawmakers that setting PI to be 3 did not actually repeal the laws of science or the nature of the universe.

Taken from http://nest.cs.uiowa.edu/22C178f00/weblog/hshen/mypi3.c (linked from http://nest.cs.uiowa.edu/22C178f00/weblog/hshen/index.html ). A C program to compute PI to any desired precision. So I win -- I give you infinity digits of PI . (A few ' ' were inserted to prevent emotes from being displayed.)
