Discussion and Implications of Results for Changes Planned for Next Round:
1. Shields will increase to 400% maximum effect (same points for attacker per resources used, but less HWs lost per round)
2. Interest will be paid on all resources, but only at 1% per day, due to shield increase. It is enough.
3. Warp detection building will be added. Cost will not be cheap as value is high of this option.
4. Warp will not be changed. Vote for change was modest, and less change is better in general.
5. Fighter will be upgraded to 9 attack, 8 defense maximum, so increase in attack of 28%
6. Turret defense will be upgraded to 4 shots, 2.5k damage each, 50% hit, so 5k average damage per turret, which is an increase of 42% over current 3.5k average damage per turret, and an increase of 14% in damage over the increase in fighter damage. A slight increase in turret net damage overall compared to fighter, and also increase in uranium ammo used.
