Points for attacking ships? Not sure. It was changed for this round, so look for posts by Bert and Filas on that. I think it is something like:

points = ship size / 1000 + attack / 1000 + defense / 4000 + exp of killed ship /2

For turrets, size is zero, and exp is zero. Attack is 7k, and defense is 40k.
