and stop bringing real life arguments in discussion. this is not real universe ;)

the game has a logic and life of it;s own. it;s up to us to decide on that. and SL features are about making it more fun to play not about making it similar to what we see on TV :D

btw, i like Battlestar Galactica too. nice show. thank God for HDDB technology :)

Keeping resources on planets should give points :S. These players are taking a risk, and should be correspondingly rewarded for it. :P. Seems completely logical to me ;P.

Maybe, but then will be turrets the risk will be lower and attack price higher.. so points should be not so many :P

Right... try to train ship ( cost about 1,2mln T - more than 1 day growing ) and you will get 2000 points.. but only for holding resources some players getting 5000 points each day.

My opinion.. that points for playing and points for keeping of recourses is not compatible.. Could be different statistic of points growing then :) We could to see who are the reacher player... :D And maybe for that risk those players should to get credits too...

"some players getting 5000 points each day" - And if these players spent the same resources, could get months worth of holding points, without the risk of being a target.
