If there is going to be a button 2 it should only gather res from multi planet systems and put the res on one planet in that system, then the player would still have to use the trans to gather the res. Even if they had 30 systems, it would not make it much more time consuming to gather the res than it does now. But should be limited to once per day also.

The argument that a player does not have time to gather res is invalid. If you have time to capture, probe, use forums etc, you have time to gather res. If you want a vast galactic empire of a hundred planets that you should put the time in to maintain that system, not look for quick fixes. Time management is just as much a part of the game as anything else.

proff Ive got another suggestion for the hyper there should be a menu to hyper to one of your ships and same with intergalactic flight.

also would be nice if there was a SL clock in the space screen

It would be nice if there was a button that allows you to bookmark a coord of space so that it appears with your planets on hyperdrive & on i flight.

GOOD IDEA. Yes, that would make it more realistic. Of course, there is also a SLIGHT possibility that players who can afford upgrades might not be able to afford to spend as much time playing the game. So, there could be a choice. Pay for convenience, whch is not necessary to be successful in the game, or spend more time at the game but play for free.

Okay, a thought on button two. First, you would have to specify a planet for resource collection. Second, you would have to have 100 hydrogen on your transport for each planet to be harvested. The ship would hyperjump out and back. If you want to local flight between planets to save fuel, then do it manually.

In this way, players who value convenience in harvesting would have to pay both for the upgrade feature option, and for the extra resources used in harvesting via such a button.

As for taking planets with resources, it might be useful to note that planets produce ZERO resources while a player is logged off. So, if a player has been offline for 20 days, the planets retain the same defense and resources that entire time. It is only when a player logs in again that resources are produced based on the amount of time that has passed since the last update. Thus, any player who havests before logging off will have nothing for others to take on his planets, even if they have been set on production for a while.

This is not a change, but the way. It was the way production has always been designed. Also production resets on the last minute of the month, so any production that would have been received from the time of the last log in to the end of the month server time is lost. So, if you are going to be inactive, it is wise to log in at least on the last day of the month.
