The diversion tactics of the DAF work beautifully. With Gundam focusing on the destruction of many old and rarely used aircraft of the DAF the Dioscean Royal Navy (DRN) attack Mt. Cripsy from there rear. They launch the main force of the DAF along with several carrot missiles at Mt. Cipsy.

All of the first set of aircraft are destroyed but only 10 fighters were lost out of the other set. 1 Destroyer is sunk and an Aircraft Carrier is badly damaged. Mt. Cripsy is said to be badly damaged but still operational
