Your best bet is to sell them on the market. Of those you have for trade, gold you can list for the highest price and have it possible someone will buy it, silicon is virtually worthless (There's 10s of millions available extremely cheaply)

Note that Iron Troops and Energy tend to be valuable resources, for the very reason that you need them right now lol

You may want to try to sell some Hydrogen. All you need it for at this point is 100 units per hyperdrive jump, while more established players burn it at an alarming rate to power planetary fusion reactors.
I don't know at what level it would sell, but you can try a value smaller than the current 70 credits/unit level, and someone may buy it.
