no one is really that active.
just take some sp system someplace far out and clear the nearbies?
and build warp disrupter on all 3 or oblit 2 and build it on 1 and keep it for a while.

just as cheap as possible really, i would just like to slowly build up another homeworld over a long time! :) Of course it needs to be unknown to other players, and im sure a NAP will be in place with the seller :)
