I enter to warp to find a 20x green no nearbys, I enter the next warp and a 20x green no nearbys again. Both systems are identical with the planet positions to the sun.

Havent had that one happen before. I've had planets that were nearbys to each other in two warps in a row. I've also popped into the same system, but closer to a different planet each time. |

Well, considering he know they're 20x, and he's probably not stupid enough not to compare coords, i'd say they're not the same.
