The next council meeting is scheduled for September 28th at 09:00 server time. To access the meeting click on the "IRC Java Chat" on the left side of the screen in the forums menu. Please login to the chat with your SL username to help avoid confusion.
To help with the procession of the meeting it was suggested to have an agenda, so here is a proposed agenda, any suggestions feel free to comment. Personally I would like to keep the meeting to an hour since most people have things to do.
9:00 Call meeting to order, note of who is present
9:02 Will: Quick review of progress on previously passed measures: Inactive resource depletion and SP drop changes, feasibility of continued work on them.
9:05 Proposal: Provide voting rights to any non-voting right members present, same value as a clan, 2 votes to be split amongst the number of members present at the meeting.
9:10 Discussion: Newb arena changes: any proposals related to it
9:20 Proposal: Agendas for topics of discussion and proposals for Council meetings to be set based on desires of SL community voiced at:

With a maximum of 10 minutes allotted for discussion and voting on each topic, otherwise it will be shelved till the next meeting or more clarification is made. With meeting time limited to approximately 1 hour, should provide for at least 4-5 topics to be discussed each meeting.
