Moved the Buy Credits button from the diplomacy page (um......why?) to the upgrade page

Sweet. Because it doesn't make sense for it to be on the Diplomacy page. It makes sense to buy something where you will spend it.

Will, can you also fix how upgrades are supposed to reset at the end of a round?

I'll look into it with iiri, to see why they didn't work this month, but can't reset now, don't think people will be very happy to pay for only 10ish days

it mayhave been a glitch caused by the rollback best thing would b to wait till round rollover and c if it happens again if so maybe compare info with the last 2 rollovers with previous data of wen upgrades did reset if possible to do so

I think it is related to the move to the new server. My guess is that the cron jobs did not run correctly on the new server after the move.
