i know, you hyper them to a nearby planet in the bz. then enter bz when you're gonna use them again. thats just the most likely answer. that or you take them 25 or 20 parsecs away in any 1 direction, i generally check every direction up to 50 when i check for ships, i miss quite a few but find more than you'd think.
