My subscription for Mcafee runs out next month so I'm looking around to see if anything better is out there anti virus wise.

I've had a quick look at Norton but know little about this.

ANyone have some recommendatins for good anti virus software that will work on Windows Vista Ultimate?

Active virus shield, runs same anti-virus engige as kaspersky but it's free, not sure if it works on vista though, u would have to check their homepage

I use Ad-Aware SE Personal its a free download at www.download.com (pretty popular too I think its in their top downloads)

I think it works pretty good. cleared up a lot of crap I had on my laptop from my colleges internet.

also try AVG, there pretty good, don't know if they work with Vista

As a side not kaspersky is atm the best anti-virus for me.
