ok hear the deal if you probing at 6400:6400:6400 does the 400 range go 400 up and down for 800 or 200 up and 200 down for 400 |

the actual probe range is 400, but when you are probing an area you want to probe 800 apart so that your probes do't overlap in the same area

Conclusion: probing with upgrades is done at intervals of 800. Without upgrades (if you absolutely have to) at intervals of 320.
