I like the ideas of clan colors, deconstruction of ships, co-leader, and building map. But I'm no tquite sure about the others.

Proof that nagging really does work!

well since we're all discussin ideas, I came up with one:

the award for winning top clan by points per member should be dependant on player number... say each player gets 500 creds. then a clan who wins with 3 players only gets 1500 creds, but a clan that wins with 10 gets 5000. Would be an incentive to keep as many players in the clan when going for ppm round win.
