Rebellion that is not the best plan, take it from a long time banker. The new guys have to know that you will help them if they help themselves. If they want to go it alone then you'll give them what you can but that they cannot expect you to invest in someone who is playing it risky since they have other options.... That leaves it ultimately up to them and if they fail at least you do not suffer.
