New building - Prevents the Desturction of a planet or the leaving of it for 24 hours after the planet is captured

In other words you have 24 hours to retake your planet

Can be built at any time, costs troops, iron, silicon, gold

Basically its like a resistance, has the power to stop the planet being destoryed for 24 hours, then the resistance falls

24 hours before oblit. A small resistance holding it off for you.

This sounds nice, but the pricing would be wierd.

Not really, Price it the same as building the troop buildings minus mtc costs since it is a bunker producing "resistance fighters" Maybe from stasis ;) It should cost T and V to produce the buildings, "storing the resistance" along with a set amount of Iron, Silicon, U and G......
