When I started on my first account it was shortly after Yugi got... defeated? Restarted?

Shadow Stalker was when I started playing, and then a while later he got... defeated? Restarted? And came back as Amidamaru who was the first and only person I ever banked with. Then I got defeated on THIS account, and since this is like my 5th account I just quit. Now I come back and he's Shadow Stalker again? How the hell did that happen?!
