I got cords that i cant captuer planets at theyare spc

and i got cords with no plant there that are supposed to be spc

what is the deal

someone i'm helping at the moment is having the same problem...some of her planets entered the real arena before she did and was my nearby....now i believe she is in the real arena yet stil can't see some nearbies
