system based on total points would be very efficient - just remove all who has less than 20 points (and already out of newbie arena). If there is too much left, then remove these who has less than 100 points and registered more than 1 month before.

2 months, because if it goes off the rounds then people who just joined will be deleted, i know that i joined wiht like 2 days to go, and i didn't clear 100 points (i think) but it could delete people who could be active. 2 months would eliminate this probelm
