It would be pretty nice if the clan pages could be more stylised, say by a clan logo/picture and a background of the clan's history, policy etc. To give clans more personality.

Yep, that would be very cool. Aswell, I think those little flags next to our player names should represent your clan not nationality.

strangely, the clan has the option of having it's avi, but wither noone put that in or it doesn't work.

New members can see the clan avatar when they apply and the leader can see them whenever they like, but that's it.
