Duo Maxwell is my only alias based on a character from a story. In the show he specializes in being a powerhouse, but under-the-radar and not quite as prominent a powerhouse. Speed, stealth, and a good sense of humor earned him much respect among his friends and enemies...and, well, for those who know me, that truly is who I am.



My only other consistent alias is Insurgent...and that was a character I made on an MMORPG where most of the names were taken. Insurgent was in memory of the clan Insurgency which was lead by my good friend MinderBinder. From there, my name morphed from Insurgent of Danera (Insurgent was taken, and that's the server name I played on), Insurgent the Valiant, Mage Insurgent, Hitman Insurgent, Insurgent Rebirth (I rejoined the game after a long absence, and on a different server), Wrath of Insurgent (I had just been killed and the idiot that did it used the sorcerer class, which is what this character was), and Jaymo's Insurgent (Jaymo was my clan leader for 6 months in that game, and we have followed around on different games since February 2005, even managing a private server together for about 2 months).

Most of my names I make randomly (I play a lot of Fantasy RPG's so I look for interesting sounding names in strange places). Sometimes it's simply off the top of my head, but my largest collection of game names came from looking at various video game titles, and taking small parts of their names, combining in a logical sense, to get an interesting name. Names can be made as such....Lentaron, not bad eh? Well, two games on my desk right now I used..."Silent Thunder" and "Red Baron".

I have two main names online, one is Grimnor Ulthersson or Grimnor, the other is Hawthorne Jones, or just Hawthorne.

Grimnor was a character i used to play in Wahammer Fantasy Roleplay, and i got attached to the name.

Hawthorne was my name that i used whan i was a play tester from Spycraft the CCG.

my name was the name they gave some corny demon in some corny movie on the sci fi channel, but the name was cool, plus every previous incarnation of me in this game, and every other online game, is some sort of demon, but i cant say my old name or its inspiration, better not to reawaken the rath of old enemies

my name emerged as an accident, i once read an extended series book about Star Wars and the antagonist in it was named Nom Anor, i thought he was cool(though evil) and wanted to use his name, but i messed up and made dagdamor, not really that close but oh well, anyways i liked the name and kept it, and in tribute to the origins of my name, my avi. is a picture of Nom Anor from a star wars site
