means his income is similar to income of 200 fresh noobs who has only 3 planets

well, I put new HW in battlezone and asked to attack me, but no one but couple of noobs did it...

If you'll tell me when you want to attack it, I can make defnce bigger - especially for you (as current defence is for smaller players, and you, having so much res, should attack bigger targets)
