I wish that was the case, I'd just pay his debts and have him active. He is not going to be back until the changes have mostly stopped. He is also having RL issues. He said that he'd check back in a couple of months.

He's taking a break. I have all of his res and he gave all of his planets and ships away. I am hopeful that he'll be back. He set this up a couple of days ago.
