Actually, it has been attacked many times, but Iiridayn removed the news reports unless there are turrets on the planet that get killed.

However, I can still see the news flashing red when it happens. No news reported but the red news button means that someone hit a planet with a fighter with no turrets lost. But, I know which planet it was, so I can tell it is still not safe yet to build a turret there.

why not allowing the planets to 'automatically' have all buildings already built when it is capture?, however max defense should be lower, maybe ,making only possible to have at max 2M energy and 2M troops, giving 10M defense as max allowed .
