Well, like I say, my face changes, depending on my mood and who is paying me. I can look very nice and professional, and do so for clients who pay me good money. However, most of the time, I prefer not to shave and not to dress fancy. I also don't really like expensive food, but will put up with it for clients. I prefer steak burnt to a crisp, for example, but can tolerate it medium rare to put on aires for a client, as business professionals are often a bit taken back when you order a fine steak in a fancy restaurant cooked welldone. However, my real preference is a burn burger on the grill, instead of a fancy steak with strange vegtables.

But, when someone is paying a few thousand US dollars per day for my time, the least I can do is make them feel comfortable that I am a respectable and well behaved professional (even though it is not really how I choose to live my life most of the time). When I am teaching and not consulting, I can live and dress however I want, which is nice. Education and skills are useful in giving freedom and options, including the freedom to play games when you want.
