Gotham city, 28 minutes past midnight. High up on the moon lit rooftops of the sleeping city stands a dark figure. Below in a darkened alley two feral thugs are menacing a lone woman, about to steal her purse and worse. Without warning the darkened figure falls upon them....

KERSPLAT "...Arsh crap! Shnot agan, gi'sh 'and wuldzha? *Hic* Ur alroight love? Wossup 'ere then?"

Boozeman has struck again!

A contemporary superhero, by day an ordinary man, by night a rat-arsed drunk, staggering around on the rooftops of buildings way too high for his own good.

What are the powers of this super hero, how does he transform, how long does it take to revert to an ordinary man? What are his strengths and what are his weaknesses?
