What about this: making lots of modules Zygis, and let players choose trough their Profile page what stuff they want at the mainpage.

yeah that sounds real good Wannix..
so ppl can make there first page they see look how they want to..
Like if some 1 is fighting for points they can put a module near the top with the top points for there class or the overall or any other score page shortened of course (same as the 1 on the left with the points this round) or if some 1 has trades coming in they can see there board computer to see if ships have been pirated (if they just left it there for trade.. or any other news page.

I love that idea, some ideas for modules might be

-ships destroyed
-planets captured
-ships exited hyperspace
-ships pirated
-planets detected
^^^^^^^^^--> +other personal news stuff

-5 players + and - from player's point position (ex. If person is in 15th, it will show players 10 - 20)

Just ran out of ideas.
