I tried downloading the archive...but when I try to open the downloaded file with WINRAR it return "Unexpected end of File" error. The same problem happens when I try to open it off the link using WINRAR.... :(

Well u may need some kind of program or the archive has an error

use winzip... it'll ask you to enter an extension to the file... enter .txt
then open the file without extracting it (double click from within winzip) it will display an error, which you ignore. the file will open correctly.
