I WOLDL LIKE YOUR FEED BACK IF THERE IS A PLAYER THAT ATTACKS YOUR SHIP THAT IS PIRATING RESOUCES OFF CLANMEMBER BUT YOU DONT HAVE NAP WITH PIRATEE SHOULD THE ATTACK OF YOUR SHIPT (PIRATER) BE IN BREACH OF NAP CONTRACT

if you r saying that u have a nap with a guy and he pirates from one of your clan members, should u attack?

well that depends if he has a nap with your clan or u, if just u, then no. if its with your clan, then beat the hell out of him, but if i were u, i'd atk him either way, lol:)

Quiet simple He tryed and succedded to priate resources off A clan member of mine and as Far as I'm concerned the Ties of a Clan are Far Stronger than the ties of a NAP

So, probably you are in breach of NAP, but it is probably true that clan is stronger than NAP (although this might depend on who is involved on both sides).

I'd view this as a breach of the NAP, but a relatively minor one that probably can be forgiven and worked out between players.

hmm...sounds like a case of "what goes around comes around" and it sounds like you shouldnt have broke it with mcgrimes or abe wouldnt have had a reason to attack.... sounds like your in breach wiz....
