Seriously thou Somehow i can bearly move my knee, there is bruise like swelling on the inside, (As far as i am concerned I have not hit it), Any ideas

It all really depends on many things, look on the knee to see if anything may have bitten you ie. spider. Two things I would suggest, soaking in hot water and epson salt should help pain or muscle tension you would have there. Also to help the swelling, I would suggest an ice pack. Use the ice first to help the knee, then later try soaking

My mate had a similar thing a few weeks back - turned out i'd twisted and dislocated it. The nurse told me to keep the weight off for a day or so - trying to keep the knee raised (about the height of your heart).

I would leave it straight as best you can - but it will get very stiff - especially in the morning.

So pain under the knee cap could mean dislocation but it don't hurt all the time, only when i bend it
