Priory of Sion is real and did include Da Vinci
Opus Dei is real along with its New York headquaters(with a seperate entrance for women)
All the references to architecture, artwork, simalrities and history is real.
The Holy Grail theory is pretty much you have a choice which you believe whether it is a cup or the women as both would make sense and i is impossible to prove either way
The references to cover up that the Church had done is also real

Basically the only things that isnt real is the resting place of the grail at end
And the adventures they have
